Uocmas Interior Design was commissioned by developer to style a display apartment for their new completed development, .
Situated in one of Sydney’s most coveted inner west suburbs, the collection of striking apartments and terrace homes – set within a parkland-like sanctuary – are just a short walk from bustling weekend markets, fabulous restaurants, gourmet cafes, and artisan providores.
To enhance the luxurious finishes in each apartment, Uocmas Interior Design embraced classic neutrals as well as shades of blue and metallic to complement the opulent natural stone and marble finishes, reflective mirrors and timber floors.
The expansive living area was styled to enhance a luxurious sanctuary, relaxed yet elegant, paired with key pieces from the Uocmas furniture and homewares collection.
It features the minimalist Oly Anders Chairs and Adeline Cocktail Table, a sophisticated round drum style coffee table. Atop the table rests Jonathan Adler’s Dora Maar Vase and Oly’s Meri Bowl. The Miro Side Table completes the space. Adorning the wall is Slim Aarons’ Print Wall Art, Hotel Du Cap Eden Roc.
Expanding onto the outdoor balcony overlooking Sydney Harbour, solid teak St Joseph Outdoor Dining Chairs are coupled with the Georgetown Outdoor Dining Table, decorated with Jonathan Adler’s Krakatoa Vase for sculptural interest.
Each apartment includes ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and a gourmet kitchen fitted exclusively with Miele appliances.
Designed by this tranquil residential enclave boasts expansive landscaped grounds, a 15 metre infinity style pool that overlooks Sydney Harbour, a gymnasium, and a private Harbour Lounge for residents that contains BBQ facilities.
