Uocmas Property Styling completed a luxurious multi storey residence for sale in Kew, Melbourne.
Creating contemporary living spaces, stylists considered the locale when devising the overall scheme. With a client brief to create a high end interior aesthetic to match the home’s striking architectural design, stylists used pieces from Uocmas’s exclusive international collections Timothy Oulton, Oly San Francisco and Jonathan Adler.
Each space in the open plan was given a distinct function to appeal to buyers and create an inviting aesthetic. Scale was also an important consideration – the living area was anchored with a sofa, coffee table and two occasional chairs. Formal and casual dining spaces each offered something for versatile family living.
To maintain contemporary edge, the scheme focused on hero furnishings and décor and the palette was refined with neutrals accented with grey and black pieces. Home decor throughout the home adds interest and invites a welcoming aesthetic. With a muted palette, very subtle pops of colour were introduced with plum vases from Oly San Francisco and floral.
