Uocmas Interior Design has been engaged as a design partner on new high-end residential development ICONIC Waterloo to creatively direct the interior furniture and furnishings using CGI technology.

Located on a heritage site, developers Thirdi Group and Milligan Group are repurposing an existing structure into an urban residential block of 96 apartments. ICONIC Waterloo represents a rare opportunity for property seekers to obtain a unique, architecturally designed residential apartment within a hot spot of Sydney. Together with SJB Architects, ICONIC will offer the vibrant character and history of the Waterloo locale with a unique level of finishes and fixtures.

ICONIC Waterloo is Australia's first residential development to employ the revolutionary new ARTi platform to allow potential purchasers to experience the project in Augmented Reality.

Now buyers can interact virtually with developments in the comfort of their own home with the help of a pioneering app. Based on the ARTi app, this world-first technology combines virtual reality, augmented reality, geo location and traditional media to deliver a new kind of 3D reality never before seen on a handheld device. Buyers scan any marketing material on the app to take a virtual step into an ICONIC apartment and with the help from Google Maps, can take a private tour of the development.

Uocmas Interior Design were drawn to the fresh approach that Thirdi Group and Milligan Group have taken to the multi development market. Interiors are fresh, simple and tailored to the urban lifestyle with practical floorplans and natural materials throughout; all whilst maintaining individual personality.
