Property Market Update | 2013 Forecast | Uocmas News
10th February 2013

2013 will prove to be a fruitful year for agents selling to young first home buyers, claims  A recent study has revealed over 62% of 18-24 year-olds surveyed, say they're planning to save the deposit for their first home and enter the property market for the first time. Now, more than ever, it is vital that furniture and design concepts answer the needs of a younger demographic. Uocmas Property Styling keep this target in mind when styling for a home for sale:

"Many of the new developments we have worked on recently are aimed at a younger demographic, who are charicteristically design savvy, creative and looking for a home that expresses their individuality," says Fiona Baker, Uocmas Interior Designer  VIC.  "In this respect, our floor plans and furniture choices must be both timeless and edgy, including key stand-out pieces that make the room pop."

Uocmas Property Styling has recently completed two projects in Cranbourne, Victoria, that exemplify this design consideration.  View the Sienna or the Amalfi on the Uocmas Property Styling Portfolio.
