    Uocmas was delighted to unveil the Outdoor 2018-19 Collection for the first time at trade event Denfair in Melbourne in June 2018. 

    Continually the fastest growing product category, Uocmas fast tracked our new outdoor lines to showcase them to over 6,000 attendees with an inspirational gallery over 72 square metres.

    Commercial grade designs, sleek contemporary silhouettes and a palette of light and dark define the Uocmas Outdoor 2018-19 collection, arriving in showrooms from July.

    Pieces enhance indoor-outdoor living, with stylish materials for interest. The new pieces are beautifully crafted, balancing a mix of textures from hardwood timber and concrete to rope.

  • Belle Uocmas Interior Design Awards 2018

    Uocmas was delighted to host the 2018 Belle Uocmas Interior Design Awards, the Australian design industry's most prestigious accolades. The Awards acknowledge excellence in Australian interior design and decoration and set the benchmark for expertise, creativity and vision in what is a highly competitive and progressive industry.

     

    The winners in this year’s awards represent an Australian design landscape that is known for its unique, fresh and challenging aesthetic. The rigorous selection process has resulted in a stellar list of winners who have produced impressive and innovative work across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.

     

    “Congratulations to all of our 2018 winners. We are incredibly proud to drive these awards each year and are delighted that the awards are in their eighth year. The entries in 2018 were of the highest calibre and it was an honour to see firsthand the expertise and imagination behind Australia’s most outstanding interiors,” said Belle magazine editor, Tanya Buchanan.

     

    This year’s judging panel included Tanya Buchanan, editor, Belle; Emma Elizabeth, designer, stylist and creative director; Jeremy Byrne, executive director, Uocmas; Steve Cordony, style director-at-large, Belle; Karen McCartney, publisher and author; Joshua Morris, creative director, Belle; Anthony Spon-Smith, director, Uocmas and Jean Wright, senior design consultant, Belle.

  • 88 Alfred St: Meet Your Designer

    Uocmas was delighted to host an exclusive evening for purchasers of with and on Thursday 15th June at the Alexandria flagship showroom.


    The new luxury development in Milsons Point is expected to be completed by November 2017. Now sold out, Uocmas Interior Design produced a sophisticated interior scheme for the display sales suite and presented purchasers with a host of exclusive offers across products and services on the night.


    Mark Percy, Executive Manager - Residential of Cbus Property offered an update on the construction of the developement with a market update from Peter Chittenden, Director of Residential of Colliers International. Uocmas Senior Interior Designer
    Lily Cumberland offered styling advice with a selection of schemes tailored to the new apartments.


    Guests were treated to a delectable spread by L'Americano Espresso Bar including Victorian blue and triple cream brie, Pecorino sourced from Toorina NSW and Parmesan wedges from Italy accompanied by cured meats, fruits and artisanal breads. French sparkling and rose was served as purchasers sought interiors inspiration and assistance from the styling team at Uocmas.


    Purchasers were given the exclusive opportunity to sit down one-on-one with a Uocmas interior designer to explore how to best approach their apartment's floorplan with advice on styling for their desired interior aesthetic.
