Commissioned by developers to provide a full design service, Uocmas Interior Design transformed a family home into a grand timeless residence.
Head of Design Services at Uocmas, Diana Ribarevski comments, “The house was a complete gut and renovation with the build taking 11 months. Luxcon Group are synonymous with quality, luxury projects and this beautiful home delivers on all fronts.”
The layout of the home was completely reworked and resulted in demolition of small rooms at the back to open up the space.
With a high end Hamptons brief, the design team at Uocmas produced an elegant kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms and selected all finishes, materials, wall treatments and joinery throughout the home. All internal doors and front door, cornices, archways and even the BBQ was custom designed by Uocmas.
The first floor was reconfigured to allow for a beautiful master suite with matching his and her ensuites and walk in wardrobes.
Senior Interior Designer Victoria Chapman explains, “We were asked to work with a base colour palette of grey, navy and white with nickel hardware. The husband loves black and so his ensuite and walk in wardrobe exudes sophistication with rich, black finishes.”
Complementing the contemporary meets luxury coastal style, the kitchen was tailored to the brief with beautiful joinery and plenty of storage. The light, well appointed design includes a butlers pantry in light finishes.
Spaces were styled to enhance a luxurious family sanctuary, relaxed yet elegant, from the Uocmas collection paired with custom made and sourced pieces.
