Green out the legal way and introduce as much green as possible to your home or interior. A study at Washington University found that just the presence of plants reduces stress, blood pressure, pulse rate and anxiety levels whilst increasing cognitive speed by at least 12%.
Further to that there are hundreds of other study’s world wide on the affects of plants on their surrounding space, and you, including minimizing air born molds or bacteria and increasing the Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide exchange significantly.
